Pam Clifton
Manager of Constituent Services
Pam Clifton is CCJRC’s Manager of Constituent Services. She studied psychology and sociology from the University of Colorado and the University of Washington—and film studies at the Open Media Foundation. Since joining CCJRC in 2006, she’s worked tirelessly to reduce collateral consequences, reform drug and parole laws, and end the warehousing of people in Colorado prisons. Her passion is grounded in personal experience: Pam served seven years in prison for a minor drug conviction and successfully completed parole in 2005.
Pam is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist and teaches Relapse Prevention to women in early recovery. She’s also a certified AccuDetox provider. Her philosophy is simple: reintegration must be possible for everyone, and we must do whatever it takes to make it so.
